Morning run - 2.35 miles (mostly walking. I was really sore from the gym.)
20.01 minute mile
I stopped counting after 1 mile because I walked the rest.
30 minutes on the bike
5 minute on the elliptical
5 minute on elliptical backwards
25 minutes on weight machines and crunches and lunges
20 minute sauna.
I tried to learn how to ride a bike… The bike was too big and I couldn’t do it.
Went to Zumba but it was for like my friends moms gym and it was for obese older women so it was really slow and My friend and I didn’t really get much out of it.
