I've gotten off track and back on track so many times that my Starting Weight constantly changes, but your weight is just a number. It doesn't define you or your health, so don't worry about it too much. Focus more on being healthy and happy and loving yourself. :)

I’m going to be real. I have the same question as you. I’ve tried to go healthy like more than 10 times this year and each time I was unable to do it. All I can tell you is everytime you “quit” is everytime you have to start over again. Just don’t quit finish the damn thing and after that, if you wanna eat junk food, well, I’m 99% sure you won’t want to. After 3 weeks of eating healthy, it will become a habit and you won’t crave junk food. So just get it over with, it takes 21 days and its done. One less problem you have to deal with.
