Hi. I'm LK. This blog is to just to show my progress through my weightloss journey. I've gotten off track and back on track so many times that my Starting Weight constantly changes, but your weight is just a number. It doesn't define you or your health, so don't worry about it too much. Focus more on being healthy and happy and loving yourself. :)
I lost two pounds this week and when I told my dad he was like that’s fine but next week I expect you to lose 4 pounds.

I would post a wtf gif but I’m on the iPad and I don’t know how to.
But then I tried to explain to him how two pounds is a good amount more than that can SOMETIMES be unhealthy . Then he goes to say well I can lose five pounds a week so why can’t you. Well, you’re a man so your metabolism is faster and you weigh more so it’s probably easier for you to drop it when you eat less.
At least I’m trying.
