Hi. I'm LK. This blog is to just to show my progress through my weightloss journey. I've gotten off track and back on track so many times that my Starting Weight constantly changes, but your weight is just a number. It doesn't define you or your health, so don't worry about it too much. Focus more on being healthy and happy and loving yourself. :)

Last Week - 183.4

Today 6/23/2012 - 183 ish.

My digital scale is messed up but I have another one that isn’t digital and it said 183 so I guess thats what it is

I’m not surprised though. Ate pretty bad this week and barely worked out.

Weight lost since last week - 2.8 pounds

Total weight loss - 2.8 pounds

Pretty good considering I barely worked out and ate several unhealthy things. Hopefully I can continue working hard to lose weight and clean up things like eating fast food and sugary items and WORKOUT more.

I think thats pretty cool.

I’m starting to get healthy with my sister. 

The only thing I need to start working on is working out.

I lost about 8 pounds this summer but i gained it all back + more.

Last week (12/3/2011) 169.2

Loss - 1.6 pounds!!! :D

I don’t even know how this happened. I did good last weekend until like tuesday…. then I gave up. I worked out for like 3 days and played just dance yesterday and managed to lose weight. 

Just gotta keep working hard. Lets see how I do on exam week. 

Oh, I have a wedding to go to. My first cousin…. Its a 4 day wedding so… idk.

Total weight loss - 8.4 lbs

HELL YEAH! I’M FINALLY IN THE 150s!!!!!!! :D

I’m honestly pretty surprised since I ate so bad yesterday but YESSS!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Total weight loss - 7.2 lbs

Probably would have been better if I hadn’t ate bad starting Saturday.

Weightloss from last week - 1 lb

Total weight loss - 6.6 lbs

Meh. I’m kinda not happy because I checked my weight sometime this week and I was 161. So I was hoping for it to be that or less but oh well. Fingers crossed for a better week. Also I’m going to try to not check my weight at all until next wednesday. :)

I’m on my period so yeeahh. Atleast I didn’t gain. Hopefully when its over i’ll be 161ish
